逆さまつげになっている事に気づいた方へ
こんにちは！
普段から下まつげの逆さまつげについての解決法や事例を紹介していましたが、今回は逆さまつげの原因が“整形”にあるかも⁈という事実を紹介っ(O_O)
せっかく可愛くなるために整形したのに逆さまつげになってしまって目が痛くなるのは辛いですよねT^T
逆さまつげ検索で来てくれた人の中に何人か整形後からって人が居たので、今回はその事について自分なりに書いていこうと思います(￣^￣)ゞ

1.逆さまつげってどんな状態？
逆さまつげは上まつげの場合は下に向いていて、下まつ毛の場合は上に向いてしまっている状態のこと！
今回は下まつ毛の逆さまつげについてですが、上向きに下まつ毛が生えていると目に違和感があったり、最悪の場合は眼球に刺さって痛いことも.°(ಗдಗ。)°.
下まつ毛の逆さまつげには上に向いているだけではなく、前に生えているのも逆さまつげって呼ぶこともあります！
前に生えているのは眼球には支障はないけど、下げたくてまつ毛パーマに来てくれる人も多いです◎
下まつ毛あるとアイメイクが映えて可愛いですもんね♪
2.逆さまつげの原因って？
逆さまつげには【先天性】と【後天性】があるみたいです！
先天性
元々まぶたを構成する筋肉と皮膚の結合が弱いとなりやすかったり、まぶたの皮膚のボリュームが多いことで、まつ毛を外に向ける筋肉がなく逆さまつげになる事があるよう。
後天性
ちょっと悲しいけど、加齢による皮膚のたるみやまぶたを支える組織が緩むことで逆さまつげになってしまうこともあるみたいです。
でも痩せたり太ったりして逆さまつげになったり下向くようになった人もいました！
皮膚の作りの問題は大きい見たいですね◎
専門的に難しい言葉使うと、下眼瞼（かがんけん）牽引腱膜というまぶたを下に引っ張る組織がたるんで、まつげが内側を向いてしまうのが主な原因で、生まれつきその部分が欠損してる人もいれば、時間が経って欠損していくこともあるみたいです。(O_O)
こう考えると、目の整形をしてから逆さまつげになることも十分に考えられるなと思いました(＞＜)
3.整形が原因だとしてもまつ毛パーマで良くなるの？
整形後の逆さまつげでまつ毛パーマをして解決した方はもちろんいます！(￣^￣)ゞ
二重整形
涙袋
目頭切開
など、目の整形にも種類が色々ありますがどの施術をしても逆さまつげになってしまっていた方はいましたっ(＞＜)
もちろん逆さまつげになっていない方もいますよ！
さすがに事例写真は撮らせてもらっていないし、整形前に来てくれていた方達ではないので、逆さになるまでの経緯と事例は載せられませんが、何人もいたことにびっくりしました。(ㆀ˘･з･˘)
でもまぶたや筋肉の作りが欠損してしまったとしても、まつ毛自体はいうことをきいてくれたので、まつ毛パーマはしっかりかかる方がほとんどです^^

4.こんな状態だとまつ毛パーマもできませんっ
でも中にはまつ毛パーマはかけられない方もいますっ
⚫︎下瞼に涙袋をたっぷり入れてしまっていて、まつ毛パーマをかける際に使うロッドというものを置けない場合
⚫︎術後すぐで、まだ目周りが内出血が起こっている、腫れている場合
⚫︎まつ毛が刺さって痛くて、まつ毛を切ってしまっている場合
※下まつ毛は最低でも3㎜は伸びていて欲しいっ(＞人＜)
5.まとめ
逆さまつげには先天性と後天性があり、目の整形で逆さまつげになることは十分に考えられる。
